Purchase, Shipping, Delivery and Billing

    1. By making a purchase on SECRETOSDELVINO.MX, the customer declares to be over 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to purchase alcoholic beverages in accordance with applicable legislation in Mexico.

    2. All orders are subject to inventory availability at the time of purchase confirmation.

    3. Prices published on the website are expressed in Mexican pesos and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.

    4. SECRETOS DEL VINO reserves the right to cancel any order in case of obvious errors in price, availability, fraud, non-payment or incorrect information provided by the customer.

    1. SECRETOSDELVINO.MX ships to all of Mexico.

    2. Deliveries operated directly by SECRETOS DEL VINO within Mexico City are made on business days from Monday to Friday.

    3. The estimated delivery time for orders within the Mexico City Metropolitan Area is 1 to 2 business days.

    4. For orders to the rest of the Mexican Republic, delivery times depend on the courier service and may vary between 2 and 7 business days depending on the delivery location.

    5. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the purchase process according to the delivery address provided by the customer.

    6. If the address is outside the standard coverage area, SECRETOS DEL VINO may contact the customer to inform them of any additional shipping charges before processing the delivery.

    7. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, correct, and up-to-date address, as well as sufficient references to facilitate delivery.

    8. Once the order has been shipped or is in transit, it will not be possible to change the delivery address.

    9. It is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive the order or to designate an authorized person to do so.

    10. The customer must provide a contact telephone number for any clarification or follow-up related to the delivery.

    11. In compliance with applicable regulations for alcoholic beverages, delivery personnel may request official identification to verify the recipient's age.

    12. Courier companies will make up to two delivery attempts. Any costs incurred for storage, reshipment, or rescheduling will be the customer's responsibility.

    1. Upon receiving the order, the customer must verify the condition of the packaging and the delivered products.

    2. If the order shows visible damage, missing items or alterations, you must report it immediately upon receipt and request that it be recorded on the corresponding delivery slip.

    3. For any claim related to damage, incorrect or missing products, the customer must send photographic evidence of the product, packaging, shipping label and order number.

    4. All claims must be made within the first 48 hours after delivery.

    5. Claims received after this deadline will not be accepted.

    1. If any product presents defects attributable to origin, manufacture or preservation and not derived from transport, storage or handling after delivery, the customer may request a review by sending evidence to the official email or WhatsApp of SECRETOS DEL VINO.

    2. Each case will be evaluated individually to determine the appropriate replacement or solution.

  • 1. In compliance with current tax regulations in Mexico and the requirements applicable to imported products, all sales made by SECRETOS DEL VINO are registered and invoiced in accordance with the corresponding tax legislation.

    2. To request an invoice, the customer must correctly provide:

    • Name or Company Name.

    • Order Number

    • RFC.

    • Zip code.

    • Tax Regime.

    • Use of CFDI.

    • Email address for invoice delivery.

    3. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and current tax information at the time of purchase.

    4. Invoices will be issued and sent in PDF and XML format within 72 hours of payment confirmation, provided that the required information has been supplied.

    5. If an invoice is not requested at the time of purchase, the customer will have a maximum of 3 business days within the same calendar month to request it and provide the corresponding data.

    6. After this period, the sale will be considered as a transaction with the general public and it will not be possible to request a subsequent re-invoicing.

    7. Once the invoice has been issued, no cancellations or re-invoicings will be made due to errors in the information provided by the customer.

    8. The invoice issued must match the corresponding purchase order in quantities, products and values.
